Dr. Maloney will accept your payment at the time of services.
The office can take a personal check, cash, flex spending debit cards, or credit cards at the clinic visit.
She is not accepting insurance. (All services are self-pay.)
What if I want to use my insurance?
Many people want to use their insurance for their care, understandably, and we can provide you a receipt for services rendered along with diagnostic and procedure codes. Then you may send this information to your insurance company to get reimbursed, if possible, for a portion they may cover.
