Patient Portal

After talking with Dr. Maloney or office manager, you may be sent a link to a secure portal. We will give you a number to use to unlock the portal.

As a new patient, you maybe asked to complete new patient paperwork, screenings, or ratings. This will assist Dr. Maloney with getting right to work at the first session.

The portal will permit you to request refills, receipts for services, ask for an appointment, etc. Please also be sure to set up the cell phone text reminders for appointments.
